Unless otherwise stated, all engagement activities will be held as virtual video conference meetings on Zoom with interactive digital activities as appropriate such as digital whiteboards, live polling, and breakout discussion groups. If, during the course of the planning process, the Center for Disease Control, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Gloucester official guidelines all indicate that it is safe to gather in large groups, then we will revisit this approach and determine which aspects of the process can be safely conducted in person, and how best to do so.
